Terms & Conditions

I desire to participate in a Kundalini Activation Light Integration (KALI) session, Shamanic Extraction Healing session, Cacao Ceremony, Kambo Ceremony, or Psilocybin Ceremony (herein referred to as the "Activities") at a yoga studio, other location, or retreat facility.

 

I understand that the Activities are complementary energy-based approaches to health and healing that can assist my body in its natural ability to heal. I fully acknowledge and understand that this is accomplished through contact and non-contact touch.

The Activities are generally considered safe, though given that they are such powerful transmissions, please be aware that they can sometimes release unprocessed emotions. This is a vital part of the process, and we recommend giving yourself time afterward to support integration. The Activities are not advised for people prone to manic, delusional, or psychotic episodes. I understand that the Activities are complementary therapies not intended to replace any currently prescribed medical treatments, as ordered by my physicians, or any other medical care that I may be advised to seek by them.

 

I understand that Evelin Daey, or any KALI facilitator will neither diagnose nor prescribe for any medical condition I might have nor will they make any specific claims regarding results from the Activities I receive.

 

I understand I am encouraged to consult a licensed medical practitioner for physical or mental complaints. The Activities is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. The Activities may involve physical movements and an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well-being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even severe, disabling, or fatal, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the Activities, and ask for support from the facilitator. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any damages that may incur through participation. Evelin Daey or any Kali Facilitator is unavailable or trained to assist with emergencies or urgent physical health crises. If you are having a psychological emergency, please call the L.A. County Mental Health/Crisis Line at 800-854-7771, or for a physical emergency, please call 911.

No one under 18 will be permitted to attend Evelin Daey's or any KALI facilitator classes or events without an attending parent or guardian.

 

I understand that all client information and records are treated confidentially. My experiences during these sessions are confidential and subject to the usual exceptions governed by state or federal laws/ regulations.

 

By acknowledging, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make Evelin Daey aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class or session. If I am pregnant or become pregnant, or if I am post-natal or post-surgical, my acknowledgment verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate.

 

I also affirm that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice a Session, and participation is at my own risk. Except in cases of gross negligence or malpractice, my representatives and I agree to release and hold harmless Evelin Daey  and any KALI facilitator from any claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with my classes, sessions, or events. We reserve the right to refuse service. By attending Evelin Daey's or any KALI facilitator classes, sessions, and events, I acknowledge that I have read the Terms and Conditions and the disclaimers and accept and agree to be bound by the terms thereof. As these policies are publicly visible and available, anyone attending Evelin Daey's and any KALI facilitator classes, sessions, and events do so with the acknowledgment that she/he/them/they have read the above waiver, understand its meaning and legal implications, and agrees to the terms and conditions stipulations herein.

 

I acknowledge that Evelin Daey and any KALI facilitator are not a doctor, counselors, or lawyers. Evelin Daey or any KALI facilitator may not provide me with medical, psychological, or legal advice. However, Evelin Daey and any KALI facilitator puts their heart and soul into helping people. This is why it is said that KALI Energy Healing, Shamanic Extraction Healing, Cacao Ceremony, Kambo Ceremony, or Psilocybin Ceremony events/ classes/sessions are for entertainment purposes.

 

You must give 48 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

I have read, fully understood, and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this Agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the United States and the State of Wyoming.
